• Take out the trays included in the kit and boil them so that they are soft enough to fit over your teeth.
• Fill the trays with the bleaching agent using the dispenser so that you use the right amount.
• Fit them over your top and bottom teeth.
• Wipe off any excess that comes out over the trays.
• Leave the trays on for at least 2 hours a day. Any less than that will not be effective in whitening your teeth.

There are also trays you can buy that you can leave in overnight. These are more comfortable to wear because you are sleeping and are not conscious of having them in your mouth.

In about two weeks you will start to see a noticeable difference in the whiteness of your teeth. This is not permanent and you will have to repeat it at least every six months. Even a whitening treatment done by a dentist has to be repeated every one or two years.
